About Us:

Formed in 1957 to serve as the spokesperson for the U.S. plastics machinery industry, the division currently has more than 160 member companies.

The Machinery Division represents large and small manufacturers of plastics processing machinery, equipment and components. The division's sections cover all types of machinery including injection molding, extrusion, blowmolding, compounding, thermoset, specialized processing, auxiliary equipment and machinery components, including electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, screws and barrels.

The Division holds annual and semiannual meetings. Topic discussions include strategic planning, productivity, metrication, energy efficiency/conservation, economic trends and export opportunities/financing.
